What monitor(s) are you currently using for design work? I have been using a View Sonic A90 for years. I really like it, but I think its time to replace it. I am hesitant to go with an LCD because in the past I heard the color output wasn't the greatest. I was hoping someone could shed light on that or dispel that opinion.

you might do some looking around on google, but LCDs have greatly improved. the only CRTs we have are on old iMacs now. with some calibration, they're a lot better than they used to be as far as viewing angle, black levels are better and the refresh rates ar ebetter as well. with those improvements and what they save on electricity asnd landfill fodder, i'm all for them. the apple displays are really nice.
