InDesign question

Anyone know InDesign?

I am trying to use the Tables and cells part of the program but, I am having a problem with it not being accessable from the menu.

I am thinking it is a plugin that I don't have or something like that.
I have the Creative Suite version of it and I use a G4 Mac with OsX Panther if that makes a difference.

Anyway if someone has some hints please let me know by PM or within this thread.

Tables have to be placed within text boxes. Draw a text box and then you're golden.

I found the option I was looking for
the insert table one.
So thank you.
I have been working with InDesign and learned that the new Quark has the tables option so my end up trying to find a version of Quark to learn some of the new features that way.

Do you use Quark or InDesign or what layout program?

InDesign, mainly because it's better integrated with Illustrator and Photoshop. I sued Quark up until version 6, but I have no plans to return to it.
