not that i am some great guru in 3d stud max or maya, but that bottle is basic to do along with the table. back on the subject, your logo has nothing going for it. there is nothing appealing about it that would make me wanna try out that beverage opposed to my norms . i am not bashing you , but speaking to you as a fellow design brother. i know you can jazz that up better , give it some more thought and design rehabilatation. :)

Dude, or gal... whatever... take a look at this type of labeling. Maybe it will give you some ideas. I did this one back when I was still using Bryce. Now I use Maya.

EV - I was gonna say that yours looks just like a tutorial too...sorry...it does tho ;o) ! I have a friend that is very good with Max and he doesn't do bottles and crap anymore...but I don't think its good to come off as an a$$ when someone is trying to learn something - its very discouraging IMO and we are here to help people right! ;o)

I'm fine CLDriver - thanks fer askin :o)

B8002uga, you are off to a great start... I just want to help you out and give some ideas for reference. We all start somewhere. Sorry if I came off like I was slamming you. That certainly was not my intention /emoticons/smile.gif

So, as per my earlier question, what are you using for your 3D work? 3D Studio Max?

Peace.

U weren't slamming me, I know u all want to help. I wish I could help others.
I model in Rhino 3D and render in C4d (former Bryce user).
Tnx for asking

Do you like Rhino? I have never tried it. I have tried Lightwave, Cinema 4D XL, Bryce, 3D Studio Max, Amorphium 3D, Dimensions, Srata 3D, Infini-D, and of course Maya. Some of my earlier stuff looks terrible (laughs). I keep it all though as a reminder of where I started and where I am going. It is definitely a never-ending journey doing 3D work. But I love it. I got started in Print Advertising and into Desktop Publishing... then into 3D. But, I love 3D... so many possibilities!

Keep it up.

I love it too, a lot! Rhino is in my book the most friendly, and it has (I think) all features.
The special app is C4d though, for its materials look most real.
Tnx for comment
