does anyone know of any good packaing template sites. Im doing a POS job and i have a great book on templates but its heaps time consuming redrawing from just looking. I need to create a heap of visuals different kinds for a presentation.

Is this for a customer? Being printed? If so, the POS printer should have templates available for you. Just ask for Illustrator format template and they should be able to provide you with a dieline.
I'm not aware of a template site. Maybe a search including the following will help:
