Nice leaf.. although its too vertical. When you have an organic element such as this, why not flow it somehow into the rest of the logo. Even rotate it 45 degrees.

Monogram letters or not...not both, or not both as prominent as you have them.

I would lose the box for sure it steals from any movement in the design. Not too fond of your font choices either.

May the " E (leaf) L" bigger with leaf tilted and Erickson Landscaping in much smaller text running along bottom of logo.

Nice work I may have to draw from one of those, anyway I re-worked one as well. Thoughts?

they have to be a certain size (it tells you when you post).

or go to Imageshack http://www.imageshack.us/ and set up an account. Then you can just upload the image there and post a link in here. (thats how I did it)

Much much better. But I would keep playing with it. Try different things.
Look up other landscaping companies for inspiration. Try not to do the "norm" in that industry. Is the company stuck on the leaf? what about a tree?

You're getting there, definitely improvement over the first.

The company wants the leaf for sure, not my first choice but I can work with it.

Second one for sure.
I would try some different fonts as well as the placement of the leaf.

At the moment, the leaf looks like it is trying to be a letter - EOL perhaps?

play with the size of the leaf as well, its pretty close to the letters, 'EOL' like buda said, you could go even bigger with it, but I think it would be better off reducing the size of the leaf, if just a littte
