Cursor Identification

Hi.....I am trying to diagnose a Windows XP problem and one of the symptoms is a cursor showing up where it shouldn't be. Can anyone identify this cursor...and the program it comes from? It is not a standard Windows cursor/pointer....

Looks like your computer has been infested with highlighterware.

You might have better luck asking on an XP forum.
