Help, for god's sake!

Hi All,

I have a Select Name Form field with multiple options.

When the user selects an option I want it to automactically load content from that option somewhere else on my page. Does anyone know how to do this in simple terms? I heard you may be able to use Javascript but I am not that savvy with it so could you guys help me out??
