I was just stopping by to introduce myself. A friend told me about this web site today and it is exactly what I needed. I am currently a graphic designer for a textile label manufacturer and I get to sit in front of a computer all day and format graphics so that they will weave correctly. Pretty boring stuff really, but fortunately my luck has a changed for the better. I recently landed an interview for an art director position that would greatly increase my creativity. I just hope I can land the job. After being in basically a uncreative job for the last five years my portfolio is severely lacking in content. I have about 10 days to get it in order to wow these people or else it will be back to the monotony of this wonderful job.

The big interview is tomorrow. I surprised myself a little and produced some really good work this past week and a half to add to my portfolio. I will probably be about to puke tomorrow morning before I go, but it hasn't set in right now. Wish me luck.

Thanks everybody for the well wishes. I haven't posted in a while because things have been a bit hectic since the last interview. Somehow I was able to get a second interview and I go in on Wednesday during my lunch hour. Hopefully I can show them how much they really need me and lock this job up.
