You won't find a dedicated server in that price range. Plan to spend $450+

look again, they are out there between $99 and up.
I've had one for $129/mo for the past 1.5 years and it is dead. I don't want to deal with the company for their idiotic admins. It was good for the first year.

It was good for the first year.Fair enough, I stand corrected, however, that is what kind of service you can expect for that investment. You may want to take a look at a more professional company like Rackspace.
