Grammatical - use a copychecker (copywriter if it's not written yet).
Design set up - use a professional designer or artworker

For our really text heavy stuff, we use a proofreading service called Bulletproof (http://bulletproofonline.com/). They are very thorough in terms of grammatical stuff, misspellings, etc. We send our stuff to them in PDF format. Their turnaround is very quick, although you do pay extra for stuff if it's expected back in under their normal turnaround time.

For small stuff, though, I'd just try to hook up with either someone you know that you can trust to check that stuff for you, or maybe consider hiring an English major at a college on a piecework basis. We use Bulletproof for our larger stuff only, since we don't have a dedicated proofreader.
