how paper make for printing, i just send indesign file,how they arrange paper

you could call up printers in your area and ask them if they would be willing to give you a tour of their facilities. Most are happy to oblige.

Are you a student? If so, perhaps a teacher in the most relevant class or classes could help arrange that for you.
If you're not a student, what Morea said is sound advice. I would venture that some printers would be game to do it, especially if it meant that they might get business from you in the future.

No not here either - unless you're going to work here or are a customer (one that spends $$$$$).
