flash file size

How large do you think a flash based product demo should be?

HOw long would you be prepared to wait for it to load?

I don't want to assume broadband users, even though we expect the majority of the audience will be - I still want dial up users to have a good experience.

Any ideas? 2mb? 10 - 15 seconds to download?

Load it in "bits" and then it shouldn't b as big of an issue. I'm pretty impatient. I usually "walk away" from a flash site if it's not up and running in less than 5 seconds.

That took way too long. I got bored and closed the tab. SO I'd say 75% quicker would be needed
