Hi Guys,

I got sent a newsletter recently and really like the way they display their image of their new web site:

http://www.healthywebsites.co.uk/pics/web-in-space.jpg

I would like to do this with a picture of a site I built recently

http://www.healthywebsites.co.uk/pics/shaping-success380.jpg

but dont know how to tilt it at an angle like they have above, will seek out a suitable back drop from a stock library after I've learnt how to do the rotate at an angle thing.

I use fireworks for my graphics but fear this might not be up to the task.

Can anyone clue me in?

Thanks,
w-w

In illustrator you could open a screen shot of the site then use either the skew or 3d rotate tool.

I'm not sure about fireworks. However, I'm sure there is someway to skew things. Look in a palletes for anything skew in it. You could also use some type of warp in illustrator to acheive the effect also.

You can do the same thing in PS as tZ describes.

Open your photo in fireworks..... select the photo.... go to the top of the toolbar... click modify, transform, distort.... and have fun. You will have the desired angle in minutes.
