Which software or language i have to learn

you should probably find out what's what before you say you wanna learn something.
check out www.w3schools.com (http://www.w3schools.com) .. pretty good site.
if you don't know anything about webdesigning/programming you should start by learning HTML and move on from there.

I hate to push the search function but, its there for a reason. Usually when you have a very general question the answer is easily found.

As far as software goes textedit is all you really need… especially when your concerned with learning the language since, it forces you to practice writting the code.
