I am having some issues finding a script to convert about 35 groups (folders) into thier own files.
I can find the convert layers to files, but no Groups(folders) to files. Any suggestions?
I need to make the same image CMYK (as it) and then grayscale and then a solid color. Is there an wasier way? I have everything set up in the groups and then layers inside the groups.
This forum rocks, I know some one will have something to help me out :D

Are the 35 groups in one Photoshop file? Why not merge each group to create a separate layer, and then export layers to files after you do that? Or am I misunderstanding something in your question?
If you want to keep the groups intact (as individual layers within the group), you can select the folder (group) and then choose to duplicate the group into a new file. You'd have to do this individually, you might be able to record an action for it and assign it a hot key.

Yes, I wanted to keep the Groups with the layers inside. However last night I didn't even think to flatten the groups. Thanks, I will keep that noted for next time.
Does anyone know of a site that is easy to nagivate that has scripts? Like convert a whole pile of images to grayscale, or resizing files ect with basic insturctions on how to set the up. I have found a few sites with scripts/actions, but I have no idea how to use them.
I am not looking for the 'easy' button, just something to help with repeatitive mundane tasks.
Cheers

for converting files like that, for instance from RGB to grayscale, I would just make an action assign it a hotkey and just apply it to every image by pressing a key like F-12 or something.
this link should help you achieve what you want. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/automating.mspx

I usually just record the action myself, but if you want pre-built stuff (why not save time if you can with the same result?), go to Adobe Exchange (http://www.adobe.com/exchange/). Lots of actions and scripts to be found there.
