.. I don't know what either image are for so it's hard for me to give much input. I would certainly have to wonder about the Christmas party image and what type of Company this was and what type of Christmas party they are promoting.

Christmas Party
What are the spongey blue shapes in the background? They don't do anything for the design. Get rid of them.

Is that woman going to be at your party? If so you might want to give her some cosmetic surgery before your guest arrive. Her head and left are are too small - or the rest of her is too big - you choose. Her thighs are very long but the bottom half of her legs are too short. Is she an amputee?

She has no neck.

The type at the bottom doesn't make any sense. Don't abbreviate like this. It's hard to figure out what it says.

I'll assume there are gaps in "Take ________ south to _________" because you don't want to display address.

The type around the circle is good. It works.
The Eat & Drink be Merry isn't working. Use some more elaborate or beautiful fonts. These ones are boring when they could be special.

Overall, I'd say this is a swingers party.
