At first glance, I would say this is not a logo. It's an elaborate design with some logo elements in it.

It's very complicated - you could use it for a full screen shot, but it's not very useful for say - the corner of a business card. A logo needs to be able to reproduced at small sizes. Just say your logo needs to be on something at 1 inch wide. Would you be able to see anything at that size?

There are also odd white lines throught the logo. In the middle of that angel thing at top and also on M, And ERKS in "CYCLEWERKS". What are these?

A logo could be the text plus the angel shape at the top. Anything else is too complicated.

I think your caught up on decor.

A logo communictates a concept which ultimatly represents something(s) about the business in representation.

This honestly communicates nothing at all.

In addition, using a raster program to create a logo is incorrect.

This looks more like a sign to something demonic and gothis… like sacrific,lol- more then anything to do with motorcycles. Is this representating the practice of sacrificing motorcycles by chance?

I would recommed a concept. composition and vector execution. Basically, the three most important aspects need to be readdressed.

Agree..plus you can't really tell what it's about unless you look very carefully to it.

Well, as tZ said, using a raster program to create a logo isn't a good idea. It will be hard to get the clean lines you need for scaling. See how just about everything is textured? That's no good.

If you must use this design for your logo (and disregard the design advice), redraw it using the pen tool in a Vector program like Illustrator so you can use the logo at different sizes and different formats. At least your logo will be technically correct of not pleasing graphic design "rules".

The logo is a mix of many logos. But is this the final one. Have a look on the color used.

Maybe it's just because it's on a black background here, but I think it looks like a negative image (in the photographic sense). It doesn't look normal.

I think you should reverse it back and edit it down (simplify) some. Also, I think the skull needs to be bigger.

Here's a quick rough I did. I reversed it out and made the skull bigger to illustrate what I'm talking about. I didn't simplify it or anything here.

Cyclewerks looks like it is supposed to be centered with the text above it but hasn't quite made it. You should center it correctly before you proceed to use it as a screenshot.
