Howdy guys, Does anyone have some good recomendations for cheap bumper sticker printers. Need one with good color capability, and also different dimensions. But also we need some large sized white on clear/no background (to go on tinted windows). I'll be looking online but if anyone has some reccomendations now, they would be appreciated, thanks.

Most offset printers can print on label stock. Can't you just use who you usually use?
*edit
They can then trim or diecut down to whatever you need the size to be. Just give a decent deadline because printing on non-absorbent stock like that needs extra drying time because the ink sits on top of the stock rather than soaking in.

How many do you need?
If you need a couple hundred instead of a couple thousand a lab or a signshop with a GOOD, high res, SOLVENT printer (or maybe even an ecosol) and a cutting plotter can do up some adhesive back vinyls in a couple of hours.
The 'large size white on clear' can be cut in white vinyl (if the file is vector...)

thanks you guys,
hmmm, Buda - I didnt even think about that. I'll get in touch them... Staccato Screened Bumper Stickers.. NICE!
PD, yeah, It would be from a vector file. So I might want to just check out some local places for this job? I'll shop around, I like the idea of using my regular printer knowing that things will go smooth with them.
