Ah i see! You want someone to give you an interview? And you can't get your scholarship until you've had some interviews!?! How could you possibly be expected to get an interview for a job you're not yet qualified to do!?! I'm very confused and my head hurts just thinking about that one!

No guys, I had to do this same thing when I left my college. Its a mock interview, which basically your interviewee is a graphic designer applying for a position at your 'made up company' and you play the creative director when the kid needs a mock interview.....get it?? I had to do 2 interviews too, but mine were in person, with suit and tie...etc....I didn't know they started doing it over the web, what do you record the IM conversation?? That's the only part im confused about.
