I'm not sure if it's a purse or a lock. If it's a lock... that doesn't really signify trust to me. Maybe an open lock.
Collaborate.
The people look okay, what's with the separating walls though? Kind of hinders collaboration. Perhaps the could be at a round table or something.
Share.
You could make the line a double arrow, or a chain to link the two. It's not bad though.

To add to the above: I think many would confuse 'Share' with 'Unlock'.

To add to the collaboration, they should be facing each other!

Sharing should be hand's giving something. Collaboration should be eveyone facing each other. And trust should be like a innocent puppy face.
LOL! Well maybe I'm not completely all there but your concepts have to be worked on a little more.
