Who exactly will you be targeting with this? I'm thinking my 8 year old nephew might like it. Not my personal cup of tea, though.

Does it glow in the dark?

What does it look like under a blacklight? ;)

I find the typography ineresting but, something about the character is akward and unappealing.

I can't quite put my fingur on it…

Thats because your not really touching the shirt, you would be touching your monitor. ;)

Down turned mouth maybe? Maybe if the mouth was upturned instead, giving a happy smile with its gimpy eye and teddy bear look more appeal?

It's his gimpy eye....

My question is: if he loves knitting so much, why hasn't he knitted himself a really cool scarf or sweater or something?

He only knits for his grandchildren; and if he was wearing an eyepatch how would he peer into peoples souls?
Although he admits that he would probably look damn fine with a trendy scarf. He might buy one out of his christmas money in the january sales.

Is this gonna be like another yesthisismyday thread (http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16685&page=1&pp=40)? If so, I have a few ideas of what you can do with it...

ok. based on the image at the begining:
if these are going to go onto tshirts, those rays coming out of his eyes are going to last for about 2 washings thru a machine... fine details tend to go bye bye. think about simplifying his art?

He looks like he's staring down the nozzle of a can of Raid. ;)

Well, if it's art for art's sake, it's not exactly design so there's nothing really more to say about the execution, you either like it or you don't. And technically speaking in terms of printing it out, another poster made a good point about the fine lines. Also depending on the kind of print (silk screen or what have you) Those lines may end up bleeding out and gaining on the fabric. Check with your tee printer to make sure it won't end up a goopy mess.

I don't think I would wash that shirt. In fact I wouldn't ever take it off.
