Anyone here use any online printers that they would recommend? I'm mainly looking for a source to print out my next run of personal business cards.

I have used VistaPrint.com, PrintingForless.com, and a few other ones. PM if you want some more details and info.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I did run across the folks at http://www.4over.com, recently. Anyone have an opinion on them?

Vista print seems to have good prices on Business Cards. Most of the online retailers will send you a sample packet if you request one. That way you can see what quality you will get. I did notice that a lot of the online p rinters look unbelievably cheap, but they charge you fees for uploading your own artwork. You could also try http://www.jakprints.com

By the way does anyone know why most of the online printers are in California? It makes the turn-around time for the Northeast a b*tch, cause I have to factor in shipping or pay through the nose to overnight from CA.

I've used americasprinter.com

No complaints at all.

I'm a very firm believer in reasonable delivery dates and Rush charges. If a client can't wait 2 to 5 business days for shipping, make THEM pay for express service. A box of business cards isn't going to break the bank in shipping weight charges. What is that? About $45 FedEx?

The other option is to run more than one job at the same time and split the shipping among clients.

actually i guess it depends on who you are with the service at 4over4, they just called me to go over scoring on certain jobs, so they are very detailed and customer savvy

I don't have any personal experiences, but I have heard only great things about 4by6 (http://www.4by6.com/). I requested a sample kit from them and the cards look top notch.
