I am doing a collaberative show with a friend of mine exploring Canser and digital vs. traditional media.

I know this is a little change of pace from this forum, but if you could critique my work it would be much appreciated. I am pretty new at digital media, and i have completely taught myself... so i am still unsure about my work at times.

Interesting piece, but it would be of help to get a little more background as to the context of this piece. :)

Is it just art for the sake of it, or an illo for a more compound graphic piece?

the only thing i would suggest is changing the color of the black graphics to a different color, maybe a really dark brown that harmonizes with the other colors...

Heh it's interesting that your show is centered around traditional vs digital. Will your friend be interpreting this piece traditionally, or how is the connection made?

I'm asking because I think this is a piece that serves well to traditional media - and would have a much greater impact if done using the right traditional medium. But that aside, I love it. A lot. It reminds me of a dynamic figure drawing.
