Hi, does anyone know of a good article or some sort of list of questions to ask a new client for a logo design? Someone called me for a logo and I just don't quite knowhow to begin as far as getting info about what he wants or needs.
Thx!

Well for starters:
-What does the company do or sell?
-Brick and mortar or web only?
-Who do they want for clientele?
-Any theme related imagery?
Remember to keep the logo vector with good color callouts.

It's actually one guy, his name is the business name. He does Oracle consulting. I can't think of imagery that might go with that.

Look at the back of a one dollar bill. That masonic pyramid always reminds me of an all seeing oracle.
But that isn't what Oracle does. Oracle brings all the little bits of running a business together into one global system.
Just be wary of 'sweeping' images...LOL!
