I've just posted this site in a thread in the web design section. I've seen it mentioned in other threads but I wasn't sure if it has been posted here in Resources before.
It's www.lynda.com (http://www.lynda.com) and I can't recommend it enough. Quicktime tutorials on pretty much EVERTHING, Photoshop, Illy, DW, FW, Flash, Css, PHP etc etc. Hell, it's even got tuorials on Ebay. It's not free but all I can say is, if you're in graphics I'm not sure how you couldn't benefit from it.
