Retailers fines and penalties

I am hoping some of you out there can help me. We delivery bar code quality seminars to printing companies and since June of 2006 we have delivered 15 seminars to nearly 200 people. Part of the seminar deals with recent fines/penalties that retailers have levied on brand owners and printing companies. We have a number of examples but some of them are approaching 3-4 years old. Can anyone share their experiences? All response will be kept strictly confidential and private. We are just looking for aggregate data. Thanks you in advance for your help!
