What is one of the best or one of the best utility for this type of work ?

Don't know how professional it needs to be, but the free IrfanView has a screenshotoption that can be activated by a hotkey.

Press "C" on the keyboard when having IrfanView open, and you can setup the capturing options there.

Thanks Guys

What I want to say , that every time I have to press "Print Screen" button, and then paste (Ctrl-V) the snapshot to Paint program or IrfanView program. can I find any software that when I run it, and press on the " print screen " button, it save that screenshot automatically to the its canvas ?

That's what IrfanView does. Go into the capture menu by pressing "C" in IrfanView and select "Save captured image as file", destination and type of screenshot (whole screen, foreground window or foreground window - client area).

Then you select a hotkey and click "Start".My default hotkey was Ctrl + F11. When you click "Start", IrfanView minimizes itself and you can do whatever it is you do and click Ctrl + F11 when you want to screenshot. The files are saved as individual images in the folder you've selected in the capture menu.

I thing I am doing something wrong , because when I try to press Ctrl + F11 for the first screen , and again press Ctrl + F11 for the second screen , and again press Ctrl + F11 for the third screen ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,etc,,,,,I am ending up getting the last snapshoot only, not all of them
