Flash Banner not showing up online?

I made an html home page for a site...I embedded a flash banner. When I publish in Dreamweaver the preview is perfect. As soon as I put it up on the web with an ftp. window...the banner doesn't show...:confused:. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Are your paths correct and did you upload the flash banner?

The banner is probably still on your hard drive, and not uploaded as well. Either that or the site is looking for the banner on your hard drive, and not its new location online

i uploaded the flash banner to the ftp as well. It's named index also.

Which web browser are you using? I've been experiencing some problems with viewing flash banners in IE7. If you are using this browser and embedded the file using dreamweaver (as an object) then chances are you are experiencing the same problem I had. I had to embed my files using java script. My other suggestions are to make sure that you have absolute path names in your html for the file and that everything is uploaded correctly and all of that.
