this is my design..

i designed it before one month, and it is 100% by photoshop

I really like it, too. Did you try it with a pupil in his eye? I put the arrow on my computer over his big eyeball and squinted to see how it'd look. I thought it looked pretty cool with a pupil.

I was going to say the same. It reminds me a lot of the Gorillaz cartoonist who's been in the business for a while, Jamie Hewlett. It's less stylized but you should see his work on the Tank Girl comics from the early 90s.

I'm also surprise that the OP did this in Photoshop. It looks much better suited to Illustrator.
