So now that I know I have cancer and I don't have insurance - I'll need to do the obligatory "save me" page to raise moneys. As much as I hate people giving me free stuff - i guess i have no choice.

But this is about design, so...

This is my take on the cancer ribbons. The dragon will have the domain name in the loop as soon as I get one. The pink is originally a cutpath for a decal, but I liked how it looked so I may just keep it.

Do you think that people will get the idea? This will be the logo icon for the site, decals, fliers, tagged on just about everything.

I don't know about the connection, but you need to have a more fluid flow. Maybe this will illustrate what I mean more.

yea i like the idea, but why does the central "hole" not have its purple border inside the edge by a few px like the rest? I also think it'd be more obvious if (as mentioned above) one of the strips visibly came across the top of the other.

Small changes tho. Nice concept.

yea that's better. clearer what it's supposed to be now.

The ribbons obviously have a fabric texture to them. How about echoing that subtly with a dragon scales texture?

Also i don't think that type is working - it doesn't bear any structural connection with the shape and flow of the dragon.

I think there needs to be a basic shape and yes once the shape is done the dragon will come alive with more color, scales and texture.
