This is something i made from scratch, i was looking around the Forums in search of insperation and certain effects and how to do them myself. So I present to you my insignifigantly feeble attempt on a scratch logo. also how do i get a copyright?

I can't answer your copyright questions, but I can say that this isn't a logo as much as it's an image with an identifier on top of it.
There's no way you'd be able to reproduce this for a variety of purposes. Morea is the one who has all the good resources regarding what makes a logo, etc., I'm sure she'll be along soon to guide you. :)
