It's a bit too thrown together.
If I was looking for a photographer to do a shoot, you wouldn't impress me with that portfolio. Not for a minute. Not even with a kitten shot in there. I'd go "Hey! you've got a cute cat" and move on...

I know what you mean.. Im still messing with it, seeing how I can organize stuff on there with Aperture and seeing if I want to keep using it.
I need to set up albums and organize it all and put together a better collection of photos, those are just a bunch I took when I got my new camera. haha
Any suggestions though? What kinds of things do I need to include in a photog portfolio and what not?

OK, to me, your portfolio just looks like a photo album. I like taking photos too, but I wouldn't do it for a living.
Have a look at professional photography portfolios.
Many photographers have a niche or a style - be it sports, wedding, animal, architecture. Your portfolio looks like some snapshots. I'm not sure they would be that useful for stock images.
