I don't think I've ever seen or heard of 7 before.

Apart from 1, 2 and 7 they all look fairly obvious to me. Even 1 & 2, while I might not have them, they pretty much fit in the "could use nearly anywhere" category.

Monogram English? Now that one's odd.

i used to use Century Gothic all over the place. I avoid it like the plague now.

Century Gothic is a poor excuse for Avant Garde. If you can get a hold of a version that has the alternate characters, it's a fun font to use. Although its heyday was more late seventies/early eighties. I still enjoy seeing it when it's used well.
