Does anyone know if the logo below uses a normal font, a completely custom font or a combination. I've seen some of the characters used in another logo so I'm guessing there must be a common ancestor?
Cheers!

I have no idea... have you tried uploading a sample for identification at www.whatthefont.com ?

Yeah I separated out the letters a bit but whatthe font couldn't make an exact match.

just a total guess, but i'd say there's a really good chance that it's just a somewhat normal font, that someone did some custom work to, shrinking certain characters down and placing them where they want to achieve a certain look. The spacing between the C and M looks like it would if there were no "O" there at all, as if it were added as an afterward. the whole spacing and kerning just seems sort of home made rather than standard to the font. but just a guess.
