Yeah The Onion is fake - I used to read it a lot ages ago but then forgot about it. I was reminded of the site because our leading newspaper used it as a reference! Don't worry, I sent an email to the writer of that column to let her know what's up :D
It's too bad that it's not obvious for 'tards that the site isn't for real. I didn't look that hard, but I couldn't see a disclaimer. Is there one?
