Sometimes, I can't see your images, sometimes I can. Don't know why.
The link says the image is hosted on "pbase.com". I'm guessing that's why. You should try a different image host, Cahit. Perhaps try imageshack.us, tinypic.com, or photobucket.com

I really like the other illustration that you posted of the hand. You obviously have drawing skills. That being said, I don't really care for this piece. All of the planets are the exact same position with a different tint on them. I think that had you kept this image on paper and sketched out the planets in various positions of turn, then it would actually look a lot better. The type is awkward and stiff. I don't think it has the movement that you are going for. I don't get the underwater feel. The solid background and the planets being so digitized isn't meshing well with the sketch of the fish. It looks like an attempt to merge two styles that aren't going very well together.
I do however, feel a lot of depth to the sketch of the fishes eye. I think it's a shame that you can draw so well yet seem to be so enamoured with photoshop.

You have drawing skills for sure, but your photoshop skills are amateurish. Keep away from the layer styles (bevel, emoss, drop shadows) until you know why you are using them.
You should try illustrating the background of the fish. The current blue is too solid and uninteresting.
