InDesign to PDF - Turns Black to Gray

For some reason, when I export a black and white document to pdf from indesign, my flat black becomes gray. I cannot for the life of me figure this out. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Preferences/Appearance of Black: Printing/Exporting: Output all Blacks Accurately.
