Salon Logo

[Silence04]

These are a couple logo's i threw together really quick for tanning salon.
Their old logo was made over 12 years ago...yeah, pretty bad.
I'm not getting a lot of money for this one, in fact i normally wouldn't even get out of bed for this price... lol, but now I'm kinda stuck, especially since my buddy knows them. Do you guys think these comps are good enough for a cheap, no revision, logo?

I like the second logo better, and believe both would be adequate for no revision proofs. The font on the second logo seems more fitting, also on the first logo the sun reminds me of medusa (Snakes for hair). So hope that helps. BTW what font is that in the second logo, I have it pinned down to either one or two and I can't put my finger on it.

Sure, the only thing I would like to see is bold on the "Sun City" on the first one or just a black stroke. A clean way of seperating the two lines.

Look good to me too for quickies. I'm sure it's a world of improvement from the old one.

you could use the first "sun" for a logo for a fertility clinic.

Relic, the font on the second one is Herculanum, with a few edits.

i'm gonna bold up that first one and see what they say...

I like the second one. They rays could use some tweaks, but overall it's really nice.

The first thing I though with version 1 was "looks like a amoeba".

The Cap on S & C are heavier. Is that on purpose? Try city with a smaller "c"
