GoLive Templates Question

I have GoLive as part of my CS1 package, but never installed it. I'm scared to 'cause it's such a blasted drama to put Adobe products on your computer these days. If anyone has it, can they tell me if there's a template there that looks anything like this:

It is a very nice looking site, but I don't think you really need a template to make one like it. I don't use GoLive, so I don't know what's available, but I wouldn't be so sure that's a GoLive template. I remember during the time that CS1 was out, the Adobe Website was using one of Macromedia Dreamweaver's templates (Halo, I believe?), and this was BEFORE the Adobe buyout!
