There is some discussion around my office about what kind of t-shirts REAL designers, Art Buyers and all Creatives who wear t-shirts will respond best to. Please help us out here--I need your honest opinion on this. As a graphic designer with good taste, if you were offered one of these T-shirts, which design would you rather have?

Please vote here (http://www.mishabirmele.com/T-shirt/shirt-test-GX). Thank you!

Honestly, none of them actually strike my fancy.

The first one looks like an animal orgy, FYI... (look at the way the animals are positioned. They only get up on their hinds like that for a reason...)

^LOL that was my immediate first thought too.
The last one is clever but the execution isn't appealing (can't read it)

I agree, the last one is the most clever...

Regarding the second design, I would be hesitant to wear some chinese guy with no pants on, and a devilish grin.

As far as the third design, I would only wear it if I had huge boobs.

The first one I might wear, just because it looks like an animal orgy. :D

D, if it were more legible.

D for me too. Mostly because I know it'd get on my boss' nerves. That's always a winner for me.

One of our printers comes to work occasional in a T-Shirt which says "My doing nothing all day T-Shirt" usually after a night out on the town. Can't say he didn't warn them.

I wouldn't wear any of them. If I had to choose a winner, I'd choose the first one. The repetition is interesting at least. Maybe I'm missing something from the others, but they just don't appeal to me.

I really like the KERN zip-up from Veer. (http://www.veer.com/products/merchdetail.aspx?image=VPR0001260) Hilarious - for us typography geeks!

For your benefit, remember to put something on underneath. Otherwise the client won't be listening to a word you say.

i'd have to agree with ned on this one haha the top right ram is getting into position. if i had to choose one i'd go with D but i think it would look better on a different color shirt so the red is more legible.

I just wish I could find a place in the UK that sells Veer merchandise.

They won't ship outside North America. :(

That KERN one is funny. I'd like one in that style that read "DOME"

Nup, just some forward thinking :D

I'd like the KERN zipper too. I wonder if I can convince them that New Zealand is part of North America?

What would be the reason why they don't post out of there? Can't be bothered? Or would there be taxes they have to pay when importing out? Taxes that they can't be bothered with?

I had a friend in NZ years ago who sent me a t-shirt and some other gifts by mail. He didn't pay any special taxes or anything on it... maybe it's more complicated for businesses than for personal items.

I think that all you'd need to do is draft an American to have your order shipped to them, and have them take it down to the post office and mail it on to you.

But that's a hassle! The fun of online shopping is convenience. It makes no sense at all to me for an online business to only serve locals.

I like B, and D is clever as a quote, but I'm not much for word T's but I'd consider waring that one.
