Does anyone use this with much success?

I have been using teh exchange for years, way back when it was someone who had an ActionXchange website then bought by Adobe and it worked well for a while until about a year ago when they implemented a new system that freezes more than the Arctic caps. I have tried it with Macs and PCs and none was better than the other. It seems that when i am mlooking through, say Custom Shapes, it will say there are 300+ shapes but I can only get through the first 20 on Page 1 and aafter that I get nothing. I know there are a lot more shapes but cannot get past the first page.

Any ideas??
And I see no customer support for the exchange either (and I have emailed them in teh past about this and had no response) Thanks.

sorry for the long (rant) Post.

What is it anyways?

sorry, I should have stated what it was.
The adobe Exchange is a place where people post Actions/Styles/Shapes/Templates/Color Swatches/Patterns/etc. for any Adobe (and now Macromedia program) such as Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Dreamweaver/etc.

Sometimes you can grab some neat actions or styles for projects.
Here is the link (that I use anyway)
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm

Interesting I'll have to check it out. See if there is something useful there.

I've used the Exchange a bit, but not lately. I know that last week they were
having a lot of trouble with their web site, at least that's what a couple friends
told me. It's a great resource and if they have what you need it's even better.

It is a good resource, but I've also had problems with it in terms of the interface and things going to weird places. Plus it's slow. Then again, Adobe's whole site seems a little buggy to me. I'm on a Mac using Safari, most of the time.

OK, so it isn't just me. I have heard others say it was slow too, and the whole Adobe Site. Some web designers at work say they are trying to show off some cool features they have but they aren't up to par yet.

like how some days kuler.adobe.com works and other days it doesn't really respond.

Nope, not just you. About the only thing that's not broken is the forums, at least they had the sense to keep that simple.

I've noticed the same thing. Too bad-- there are some real gems in there.

Yes, I've found some good stuff when I have the patience to deal with the kludgy interface.
