if i draw a shape with line work, circles, squares... in coral draw 10 and combine into one object, how can i fill color ?

You can use F10 to activate the "shape tool" (you would need to use the zoom tool as well)
I don't really remember Corel10, I am using X3 instead but that version probably has the "close path" tool, you should check that option.
