Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.

I am just setting out learning Dreamweaver and I am using MX on Intel Imac 10.4.8

Every time I modify behaviours show pop up menu to get my navigation bar how I want it—as soon as I click ok it crahes Dreamweaver.
If I start the whole item/element from start and go right through to the end copying what was there before and including the bit I wanted to change it works fine.

Is this Dreamweaver or as I suspect an incompatability with the Intel Imac and Dreamweaver. Another reason for updating all my software next month?
Any one else experienced anything similar?
P.

I've had problems with DW in the past, I've found almost always it has something to do with linking outside of your website.... Say for example you create a website aaaa.com and then you use some of the same elements for website bbbb.com and so on this caused alot of problems. So maybe if you're using some elements from other websites/directories this could be the problem.

I find if an action consistently crashes DW (or Flash), if I do things in a different order the crashing stops. Even if I jsut go typesome garbage text and erase it after I complete the action, it just seems to make DW happy that I am not doing the same exact thing in the same exact order.

Also, Adobe and Macromedia products don't play well together at ALL for me. Which is funny, given the not-so-recent-merger. Especially Flash and Illy, but any combination of Adobe/Macromedia programs open at the same time is an invitation to lose work on my system.

While I haven't experienced what you're experiencing, Capezio, I would suspect the Intel and Rosetta are not playing nicely with your Dreamweaver version. I'm not on an Intel at home, but I do use one at work. You might check to see if the Dreamweaver forums have any clues.
