Illustrator CS2 - How do you center to page?

Do you still have to convert the type to outlines if you are making a jpg or does it happen automatically?

check the option "align to artboard" on the align pallette (click the triangle on the pallette for the slide-out box)

No. You don't need to convert to outlines, but sometimes you'll find you need to as the bounding box for text is read as an object. So sometimes I've found a need to. Usually I save, then convert to outlines. then save for web, then revert to saved - if I want the text editable.

Thanks. Wow - you would think there would be a shortcut for "center to page"
In Corel you just hit "C"
