Timex watch font?

Hello. Can anyone help me identify the font, and approximate date or era of the font, for the hour numbers on this Timex wristwatch. The watch is from mid-1950's. Thank you. Alan. Here is the image:

TIMEX could be a modified Futura light or Optima
The numbers? Couldn't tell you.
Did you try isolating them and feeding them to whatthefont?

Thanks a lot. Yes I did try feeding the numbers to whatthefont, but I think the image might be too dark, as it was having some trouble. I will try to clean up the image and try later, I appreciate you help.
