New Quark 7.1 doesn't open

It say "You cannot open up the application because it does not support on this architecture"

Has anyone received this message and is there a fix for this?

What platform and os are you using? Sounds like you may have to update.

You need Tiger on a Mac to run Q7. It won't run in Panther.

Does Quark have two install versions? One for MacIntel and one for MacPowerPC?

Can you tell I haven't loaded it?

I think I can remember reading on the Quark site that you need a specific version for Intel Macs. I think...

There should be no problem loading that version of Quark with that machine.
Strange, double check to see if in fact you have Quark 7 for the PC instead for the Mac.

We'ree running Quark 7 on a Mac Intel machine and had no problem loading it.
