Man, Armadillos are cuties and mighty good eating - tastes like pork - not the new pork like in North America, but the old dark greasy pork from before...

In Austin during the Progressive Country Rock days, there was a place called Armadillo World Headquarters - it's been resurrected, not the same, though. Run by hippies, it was a popular night spot and communal way of life in a massive hangar-like building down by the lake. They made the best bread I've ever had. Compare all baked goods to those Halcyon wares from AWHQ.
