anyone know an easy way to delete hidden objects in illustrator CS2?
i know photoshop has it in the layer pallet drop down, didn't see it in illustrators...

if its a bunch of random objects, what i would suggest would be select similar...
Select>Same> then choose which option will help you, if they are invisible, then select same fill color and it will delete everything on the page that doesn't have a fill. Or, CTRL+Y for outlines, then just draw a huge box, and shift select everything you want to keep, then delete. really the only 2 things i can think of at the moment.

I unlock all my layers, select all, use apple-2 to lock all the visible objects, then unhide the hidden stuff and hit delete.
