You
You are in the process of qualifying for a HND in design or equivalent and will be looking for an opportunity to let your ideas shine on real-world projects with an ambition to take a leading role to continuously define and develop the look & feel of our company.

As a driving, dynamic and positive force within the creative team you will have a flexible 'can do' attitude, a keen eye for the smallest detail and enjoy sharing your ideas. You are always exploring new ideas, techniques and ways to improve your own skills and add to Skills Matter's expertise.

You will have knowledge of the following:
Photoshop
Illustrator illustration skills
Flash
Understanding of, and keen interest in web design, online advertising, email design
Drawing and storyboarding skills
Audio/video (podcast) editingIdeally you will also have:
Knowledge of digital photography techniques
Motion graphics, 3D design experience
Manga illustrationsThe Role
You wll be working with Skills Matter's technical web developer and the marketing team to drive Skills Matter's number one position as the company that pushes innovative technology.

The role will involve working on digital marketing campaigns and website design/development for Skills Matter's leading brand as the organisers of Cutting Edge technology training, events and skills transfer, marketing to our international blue-chip clients.

You will be working on individual and group projects in a variety of areas such as corporate branding, direct mail, e-newsletters, website design, e-mail invitations, look & feel of our courseware, sales tools & collateral.

You will need to see projects through from inception to delivery. As well as contributing your ideas to our corporate web-site, you will be responsible for a lot of e-marketing - this role provides a unique opportunity to gain vital experience of what works and how to create and deliver successful electronic campaigns!
