Need a solid experienced Designer for a few different things

I am the President of be|cute clothing. Right now we have a clothing line that is in stores and selling big time. I have a site being made currently but all sales are coming from a myspace. Im looking for one person who can do a array of different things for me. Such as come up with a custom myspace design thats looks very professional. But the main focus would be coming up with some designs for our clothes. These need to be very eye catching but not too complex.
